Workshops I run the following workshops: - Energy Workshops Meditation House Cleansing A home has the ability to capture and hold low vibrational and/or negative energy. Negative energy manifests through low vibrational thoughts and ideas. Many people have contacted me to tell me that they feel negative energies in their homes. They also report seeing and hearing unusual things. They ask me to come and cleanse their homes of these anomalies. Most of the time I find that it is negative energy that has been trapped in the house and I am able to release it easily. I cleanse a home by using salt and water which I sprinkle around the rooms of the house. Additionally I use a Sage smudge stick. Once I have done this I ask my guides to cleanse and protect the house. This usually does the trick!
